Be primarily responsible for meeting and exceeding revenue and new logo targets, while maintaining a small but highly productive sales team.

What you'll do

Key responsibilities

  • Define and execute the annual sales strategy together with the COO (priority verticals, ideal ICP, pricing & packaging, indirect vs. direct channels).
  • Manage and grow a team of 4 sales professionals: weekly individual coaching, quarterly target setting, pipeline reviews, and support on strategic accounts.
  • Maintain a personal high-value pipeline – expected to personally close between 20-30% of the team's annual revenue.
  • Lead complex sales processes: discovery, risk assessment, alignment with CISO/CIO/CEO, PoC/PoV, contractual negotiation with procurement and legal.
  • Develop and maintain high-level relationships with C-level decision makers (CISO, CIO, CDO, Risk Officer, General Management) at clients.
  • Continuously monitor key team and personal KPIs: win-rate, average deal size, sales cycle length, ACV/ARR per salesperson, churn prevention in renewals.
  • Actively participate in pricing, strategic discounts, and commission structures.

What we're looking for

Essential requirements

  • Minimum 8–10 years of B2B sales experience in complex technology solutions.
  • At least 5 demonstrable years selling cybersecurity (endpoint, network security, cloud security, MDR/SOC, identity, GRC…).
  • Previous experience leading small-to-medium sales teams (3–8 people).
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding targets over the last 3–4 years (ideally +120–150% quota attainment).
  • Deep knowledge of the Spanish cybersecurity market: regulations (ENS, GDPR, NIS2), strong verticals (finance, energy, utilities, healthcare, public administration, industrial) and main competitors.
  • Willingness to travel within Spain (approx. 30–40%).

What you'll get

  • Indicative compensation package (2026) Depending on the candidate's experience, medium-term retention plan, company car + expenses + private medical insurance

  • Excellent coaching and people development skills (small team → each salesperson must perform at a high level).

  • High resilience and ability to handle frustration (long cycles, many rejections before a big yes).
  • Strong presence and credibility with C-level executives.
  • Strategic mindset combined with tactical execution at the same time.
  • Experience selling managed cybersecurity services.
  • Real CISO / CIO contacts at major Spanish accounts.
