What we're looking for

Minimum requirements:

Previous experience in phone calls and/or telemarketing will be considered a plus.
Previous experience in sales and/or prospecting will be considered a plus.
Native or bilingual level in French.
Good level of Spanish, Italian, and/or Portuguese.

The role

Main responsibilities:

Making and receiving calls as part of customer service.
Managing individual and professional clients.
Providing user-level technical support for the French market.
