The role

What you'll do

Contribute to improving the shopping experience for customers across all sales channels, ensuring they receive all the products they have purchased.

Order preparation.

Optimize merchandise flows to ensure stock availability.

Be available to help colleagues in the department and other areas of the store when necessary (replenishment, unloading, stock management, inventories...).

You commit to all IKEA health, safety, and security rules and requirements, and actively help prevent any incident involving co-workers, customers, equipment, or facilities.

Actively promote IKEA's social and environmental commitment, working with the team on this mission.
