Position: TEXTILE ASSISTANT - SEAMSTRESS/SEWER

Responsibilities: MAKING AND REPAIRING SHEETS, PILLOWCASES, QUADRANT COVERS, BEDSPREADS, TABLE LINENS (NAPKINS AND TABLECLOTHS), USING A SEWING MACHINE AND OVERLOCK MACHINE.

Duties (detailed breakdown):

1. Make the garments once they have come out of the cutting section, as indicated in the manufacturing order.

Sewing with an industrial sewing machine. Changing the threads in the machine and adapting to the color required.

Closing garments with a 5-thread overlock machine.

Producing the quantities required to meet deadlines.

Committed to customers.

Ensure product quality and report any anomalies in the garments.

2. Repair rejected garments on an automatic machine.

Unpick and correctly re-sew rejected garments that come off the automatic machine.

3. Comply with quality standards, environmental management, and occupational risk prevention (PRL).

Among others indicated in the company's Prevention Plan.

Ensure safety in their workplace and that of their shift colleagues. Use the necessary personal protective equipment (PPE).

Puesto de trabajo: AUXILIAR TEXTIL - COSTURERO/A

Responsabilidades: CONFECCCIÓN Y REPARACIÓN DE SÁBANAS, FUNDAS DE ALMOHADA, FUNDAS DE CUADRANTE, COLCHAS, MANTELERIAS (SERVILLETAS Y MANTELES), EN MÁQUINA DE COSER Y REMALLADORA.

Funciones (desglosar con detalle):

1. Confeccionar las prendas una vez han salido de la sección de corte tal y cómo indica la orden de fabricación.

Costura con máquina de coser industrial. Cambio de hilos en la máquina y adaptación al color que se necesite.

Cierre de prendas con remalladora de 5 hilos.

Confección de las cantidades exigidas para el cumplimiento de los plazos

comprometidos con los clientes.

Garantizar la calidad del producto y avisar de cualquier anomalía en las prendas.

2. Reparación de prendas de rechazo en máquina automática.

Descoser y coser correctamente las prendas de rechazo que se generan en la máquina automática.

3. Cumplimiento de normas de calidad, gestión medioambiental y PRL

Velar por la seguridad en su puesto de trabajo y por la de sus compañeros/as de turno. Utilización de EPI's necesarios
