The role

At ILUNION Vida Sénior, we are looking to incorporate full-time Maintenance Skilled Tradespeople on rotating shifts into the team at our Sonseca (Toledo) Residence.

What you'll do

Your duties will be:

· Perform the operations defined in the facility regulations or in the technical instructions that develop them, ensuring that the corresponding values of the different parameters are maintained within the required limits.

· Prepare preventive and corrective maintenance plans for the center's facilities, equipment, vehicles, and infrastructure, controlling and/or executing periodic inspections of the different elements of the center's infrastructure.

· Keep and safeguard the maintenance logs, instruction manuals, visitor logs established by current legislation, or those that may be established in the future.

· Record the operations carried out in the facilities and review those executed by personnel from companies external to the center.

· Maintain the engine room, facilities, electrical panels, transformers, workshop, and corresponding materials in an adequate state of cleanliness and operation.

· Maintain control over the assembly, operation, and disassembly of platforms, stages, seats, film projectors, speakers, etc., that are necessary for the normal conduct of the center's activities.

· Perform all the functions designated for technical services skilled tradespeople, and as the person in charge of this department, take direct responsibility for the work performed and its distribution, for the execution and fulfillment of the orders given by the company, and for receiving fault reports from the respective section heads.
