The role
You will make a difference by having full visibility of the entire payroll cycle.
What you'll do
Registrations, cancellations, and variations in Social Security
Process registrations, cancellations, and modifications in the RED and SILTRA Systems.
Update data in internal platforms (e.g., SAP, SuccessFactors).
Verify bonuses and prerequisites (disability, DARDE, etc.). Formalization of contracts
Drafting and signing of employment contracts (including basic copies).
Communication of contracts via Contrat@ and certificates via Certific@.
Use of electronic signature tools (e.g., DocuSign).
Affiliation movements
Perform movements requested by the companies on the TGSS website.
Manage incidents and discrepancies between internal systems and Social Security.
