The role

At Ilunion Vida Sénior, we are looking for a nursing professional to join the team at our Ilunion Baena (Córdoba) elderly residence

What you'll do

Your functions will be:
- Perform an initial assessment of the user upon admission to the center and maintain periodic follow-up.
- Assess residents/users upon admission and follow up with the established frequency.
- Perform some coordination and supervision functions of the care outlined in the Care Plan, related to your functional area.
- Collaborate with medical and physiotherapy staff in the preparation of material and the development of activities.
- Develop the specific programs of your department.
- Attend to the users' related needs
- Keep users' clinical histories up to date and in order.
- Attend to the health needs within your competence that the staff working at the center may have.
- Attend to residents and family members, conveying the information that has been entrusted to you.
- Perform stock control of medical and pharmacy supplies, making the necessary orders, receiving them, and storing them in an orderly manner.
