Security Services Inspector (m/f/d)

From ILUNION FACILITY SERVICES, we are looking for a person to join as an Inspector (m/f/d) in the OPERATIONS department. Their main role will be the supervision and proper management of the operations of the assigned services, acting as a link between the company and clients with an approximate volume of 100-125 people. Their duties would be:

• Maintaining the relationship, attention, and follow-up of the services each client requires, as per the agreement.
• Carrying out the necessary inspections of the services, with the aim of maintaining the highest quality in them and issuing the corresponding reports.
• Supervising and/or preparing the schedules of security guards, organizing shifts, and covering absences.
• Attending to, supervising, and motivating the operational staff providing services at assigned clients; ensuring proper compliance with internal procedures.
• Managing the material assigned to their services (uniforms, weapons...).

• Holding the TIP (Professional Identification Card) for Security Director and Security Chief.
• Minimum experience of 2 years as a Security Inspector or similar.
• Additional training preferably in the private security sector.
• Commercial profile with social skills and negotiation, organization, and leadership abilities, capacity for work, and a strong customer focus.
• Specific accredited training as a Security Director is essential.
• A valid driver's license is essential.

Desde ILUNION FACILITY SERVICES buscamos una persona para que se incorpore como Inspector (h/m/d) en el departamento de OPERACIONES. Su función principal será la supervisión y gestión adecuada de la operativa de los servicios asignados haciendo de nexo entre clientes y empresa con un volumen aproximado de 100-125 personas. Sus funciones serían:

• Mantener la relación, atención y seguimiento de los servicios que cada cliente precisa, según lo contratado.
• Realizar las inspecciones necesarias de los servicios, con el objetivo de mantener la máxima calidad en los mismos y la correspondiente emisión de informes.
• Supervisar y/o confeccionar los cuadrantes de vigilantes de seguridad, organizando los turnos y cubriendo los absentismos.
• Atender, supervisar, controlar y motivar al personal operativo que presta sus servicios en los clientes asignados; velando por el correcto cumplimiento de los procedimientos internos.
• Llevar el control del material asignado a sus servicios (vestuario, armas...).

• Estar en posesión de la TIP de Director y Jefe de Seguridad.
• Experiencia mínima de 2 años como Inspector/a de seguridad o similar.
• Formación complementaria preferentemente en el sector seguridad privada
• Perfil comercial con habilidades sociales y dotes de negociación, organización y mando, capacidad de trabajo y alta orientación al cliente
• Imprescindible formación específica acreditativa como Director/a de Seguridad
• Imprescindible carné de conducir
