Junior Operations Technician (M/F/D) Madrid

As part of this growth, we want you to join us as a Junior Operations Technician, with the opportunity to become part of the team in Madrid.

You will make a difference:
You will be responsible for collaborating in the proper functioning and administration of the Operations area, supervising compliance with the Company's regulations and policies, and ensuring the correct relationship with all functional areas and work centers. Additionally, your duties will include:

- Requesting and managing resources: Supporting the Operations area, ensuring compliance with regulations and proper coordination with work centers and functional areas.
- Monitoring and controlling expenses: Preparing and submitting reports to ensure departmental budget control.
- Formalizing contracts with suppliers: Reviewing and managing contracts with suppliers, maintenance providers, and subcontractors according to operational needs and management system guidelines.
- Monitoring suppliers: Periodically controlling supplier performance to ensure proper maintenance of work centers.
- Participating in environmental activities and tenders: Ensuring regulatory compliance and participation in bidding processes.
- Analyzing deviations: Reviewing and analyzing deviations from objectives across the various work centers regarding production and consumption.

What will make you successful in this role?

If you are the person we are looking for, you should have a degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or other related fields, with 2 years of experience in a similar position, and knowledge of Office, SAP, and PowerBI. This opportunity may be for you.

En el transcurso de este crecimiento, queremos que nos acompañes como Técnico/a Junior de Operaciones teniendo la oportunidad de incorporarte al equipo de Madrid.

Marcarás la diferencia:
Te encargarás colaborar en el buen funcionamiento y administración del área de Operaciones, supervisar el cumplimiento de las normativas y políticas de la Compañía y la correcta relación con todas las áreas funcionales y centros de trabajo. Además, entre tus funciones estarán las siguientes:

- Gestión y solicitud de medios: Apoyo al funcionamiento del área de Operaciones, garantizando el cumplimiento de normativas y la correcta coordinación con los centros de trabajo y áreas funcionales.
- Control y seguimiento de gastos: Elaboración y reporte de informes para asegurar el control presupuestario del departamento.
- Formalización de contratos con proveedores: Revisión y gestión de contratos con proveedores, mantenedores y subcontratas conforme a necesidades operativas y directrices de los sistemas de gestión.
- Seguimiento de proveedores: Control periódico del desempeño de proveedores para el correcto mantenimiento de los centros de trabajo.
- Participación en actividades ambientales y licitaciones para asegurar el cumplimiento normativo y participación en procesos de licitación.
- Análisis de desviaciones: Revisión y análisis de desviaciones respecto a objetivos de los distintos centros de trabajo en materia de producción y consumos.

¿Qué te hará triunfar en esta posición?

Si eres la persona que buscamos, graduado/a en Ingeniería Industrial, ADE u otras formaciones con experiencia de 2 años en una posición similar, y conocimientos de Office, SAP y PowerBI, esta oportunidad puede ser para ti.

Además, valoramos que tengas disponibilidad para viajar y que dispongas del certificado de discapacidad igual o superior al 33%.
