Accounting Administrator - Cosmetics Sector

What do we offer?

• Salary: €21,769 gross/year.
• Contract: temporary, with the possibility of joining the company permanently.
• Schedule: Monday to Thursday from 9:00h to 18:00h and Friday from 9:00h to 14:00h.

• You will have a Vocational Training (FP II) in Administration or Accounting.
• You will provide 2 years of demonstrable experience in a similar position.
• You will have knowledge of accounting and administrative processes.
• You will have an intermediate level of English.
• You will have proficiency in the Office suite.
• You will handle accounting software or ERP system modules.
• You will show orientation toward achievement and results, working proactively and autonomously.
• You will provide initiative and the ability to propose improvements in processes and available resources.

• You will collaborate in the entire customer invoicing process.
• You will collaborate in the supplier accounting process.
• You will perform the tracking of freight charges and delivery notes.
• You will manage the tracking of DUAs related to international operations outside the European Union.
• You will perform bank reconciliations.
• You will carry out the reconciliation of asset accounts.
• You will participate in the preparation of Profit and Loss (P&L) and balance sheets.
