• Training in Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
• Knowledge of accounting and administrative management.
• Previous experience in a similar role (valuable).
• Proficiency with computer tools and the Office suite, especially Excel.
• Organized, analytical, responsible, and with good planning skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Administrative Assistant with Accounting

At Marlex we are looking to hire an Administrative Assistant with accounting knowledge for a well-established company located in Viladecans.

• Managing and filing administrative documentation.
• Entering and updating data in the system.
• Support with client and supplier invoicing.
• Recording invoices and basic accounting entries.
• Bank reconciliation and control of collections and payments.
• Managing administrative incidents.
• Stock control and inventories.
• Support in administrative tasks within the administration and accounting department.
• Handling phone calls and managing email correspondence.

• Start time: between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM.
• End time: between 5:00 PM and 6:00 PM, maintaining the corresponding working hours.
