Refrigeration Installation Assistant

DUTIES:

- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of industrial cold generation systems and of the company's facilities in general.

- Monitor the operation of industrial cold generation systems.

- Propose improvements and oversee their implementation to ensure the system operates optimally.

- Verify and record that temperatures remain within the ranges established by regulations.

- Supervise the operation of refrigeration equipment, reporting any technical issues.

- Ensure compliance with hygiene, order, and cleanliness protocols inside the cold rooms.

- Coordinate with the production and shipping departments to ensure efficient logistics flow.

- Comply with and enforce the occupational health and safety and environmental protocols established by the organization.

- Driver's license and own vehicle.

- Active, committed, and organized person.

- Training in maintenance of thermal and fluid systems, industrial refrigeration, or similar (Intermediate Vocational Training in Refrigeration Systems and/or Electromechanics with knowledge of industrial refrigeration).

- Forklift license

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the same position

- Native Spanish and basic Catalan

FUNCIONES:

- Realizar el mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de las instalaciones generadoras de frío industrial y de la empresa en general.

- Controlar el funcionamiento de las instalaciones generadoras de frío industrial.

- Proponer mejoras y controlar su implementación para hacer que la instalación funcione de forma optima.

- Verificar y registrar que las temperaturas se mantengan dentro de los rangos establecidos conforme normativa.

- Supervisar el funcionamiento de los equipos de frío, reportando cualquier incidencia técnica.

- Asegurar el cumplimiento de los protocolos de higiene, orden y limpieza dentro de las cámaras.

- Coordinarse con los departamentos de producción y expediciones para garantizar un flujo logístico eficiente.

- Cumplir y hacer cumplir los protocolos de PRL y medio ambiente establecidos por la organización.

- Carnet y vehículo propio.

- Persona activa, comprometida y organizada.

- Formación en mantenimiento de instalaciones térmicas y de fluidos, frío industrial o similar (CFGM Instalaciones frigoríficas y/o electromecánica con conocimientos de frío industrial)

- Carnet de carretillero

- Experiencia mínima de 2 años en la misma posición

- Castellano nativo y catalán básico
