We are currently looking to bring on an In-house HR Consultant to manage one of our services at the facilities of a strategic client located in Guadalajara.

What you'll do
What will your duties be?
- Manage recruitment processes from start to finish: job posting, sourcing, interviews, and onboarding.
- Coordinate the day-to-day running of the service, monitoring the workforce and resolving issues.
- Provide support and assistance to both the client and workers.
- Manage employment documentation and coordinate with the various internal departments.
- Monitor the service's key indicators and contribute to its continuous improvement.
What we're looking for
- Degree in Labor Relations, Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment. Experience in temporary employment agencies or in-house services will be especially valued.

¿Cuáles serán tus funciones?
- Gestionar procesos de selección de principio a fin: publicación de ofertas, reclutamiento, entrevistas e incorporaciones.
- Coordinar el día a día del servicio, realizando el seguimiento de la plantilla y resolviendo incidencias.
- Ofrecer atención y soporte tanto al cliente como a las personas trabajadoras.
- Gestionar la documentación laboral y coordinarte con los distintos departamentos internos.
- Realizar el seguimiento de los principales indicadores del servicio y contribuir a su mejora continua.
