The role

From IMAN, Talent Consultancy, we are looking for a specialist profile for a company located in Montornès del Vallès. We need an EXTRUDER OPERATOR.

Objective:

To carry out the entire extrusion process, from starting up the extruders to the final cleaning of the machine, with the assistance and supervision of the Shift Supervisor.

Main duties:

- Preparing the extrusion line with the defined tooling setup and adjusting the extrusion parameters according to the manufacturing sheet.

- Controlling production parameters so that the final product (PVC compound) is manufactured according to the defined quality standards.

- Visual inspection of the product. According to a defined sampling schedule, the operator delivers a sample to the Laboratory to carry out the established quality control.

- Adjusting deviations: Regulating the extrusion parameters if manufacturing requires it.
