First-Class Maintenance Technician RITE M/F

• The selected candidate will be responsible for carrying out conductive, preventive, and corrective maintenance of the general facilities.
• They will coordinate and carry out the corresponding inspections according to applicable regulations, address breakdowns when necessary, and provide support to the rest of the team in maintenance tasks.
• Any other tasks derived from the position.

• It is essential to hold the RITE certificate (Regulation of Thermal Installations in Buildings) and have experience in carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance of building installations.
• We are looking for profiles with at least 3 years of experience in a similar position, with the capacity to learn and the motivation to develop their professional career in this field.

Terms:

• Permanent contract
• Salary: according to the candidate's worth and demonstrable experience
• Schedule: from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. with 1 hour for lunch

• La persona seleccionada se encargará de llevar a cabo el mantenimiento conductivo, preventivo y correctivo de las instalaciones generales.
• Coordinará y ejecutará las revisiones correspondientes según los reglamentos aplicables, atenderá las averías cuando sea necesario y dará apoyo al resto del equipo en las tareas de mantenimiento.
• Cualquier otra tarea derivada del puesto de trabajo.

• Es imprescindible disponer del carnet de RITE (Reglamento de Instalaciones Térmicas en los Edificios) y contar con experiencia en la realización de mantenimientos preventivos y correctivos de instalaciones de edificios.
• Buscamos perfiles con al menos 3 años de experiencia en una posición similar, con capacidad de aprendizaje y motivación por desarrollar su carrera profesional en este ámbito.

Condiciones:

• Contrato indefinido
• Salario: según valía y experiencia demostrable del candidato
• Horario: de 8 a 17h con 1h para comer
