Secondary or higher education related to Transport, Logistics, or Administration.

We are looking to bring on a Traffic Operator for a transport sector company located in Santa Perpètua de Mogoda.

What you'll do

Daily coordination and monitoring of assigned transport shipments and services.

Managing communication and coordination with carriers, drivers, and clients.

Monitoring routes, loading and unloading schedules, and deliveries, ensuring compliance with established services.

Managing and resolving operational incidents during transport: delays, breakdowns, rejections, loading or unloading issues, temperature incidents, etc.

Informing and escalating to the Traffic Manager those incidents that require their intervention or decision-making.

Recording and updating information related to shipments and services in internal management systems.

Checking and managing the documentation required for the proper completion of transport services (delivery notes, CMR, etc.).

Ensuring compliance with internal procedures, quality standards, and established service levels.

How you'll work

Schedule: Monday to Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
