The role
At IMAN Seguridad, we need to recruit Operators for our Global SOC Service and Operations Center located in Terrassa.
What you'll do
Functions:
- Service monitoring: continuously supervise the operation of services and the presence of our employees at their posts, identifying possible deviations, incidents, or service interruptions.
- Incident management and escalation: detect, record, analyze, and coordinate the resolution of incidents, ensuring their correct prioritization and escalation to the responsible teams.
- Operational coordination: act as a coordination point between support teams, service areas, and employees in order to guarantee efficient management of incidents and requests.
- Operational communications management: coordinate the communication of relevant incidents, planned interruptions, and changes that may affect the services provided to employees.
- All management tasks will be handled by answering telephone calls and emails from our control center
How you'll work
Schedule: rotating afternoon / night shift: 14:00 to 22:00 h and 22:00 to 6:00 h (availability for both shifts is essential)
- Full-time position.
Availability to work weekends and holidays when required.
You will be part of a work team at the client's facilities.
