The role
IMAN Seguridad, we need to incorporate Alarm Receiving Centre Operators in Terrassa due to an expansion of services and clients.
Functions:
What you'll do
- Telephone customer service
- Management and making of calls
- Various administrative functions: incident logs, emails, receiving and making calls.
- Support to administrative departments.
- Management of various incidents.
- Paid training provided by the company.
You will become part of a work team at the client's facilities.
How you'll work
Contract: replacement approx. 4 months with possibilities of extension.
Salary: €19,588.54 gross/annual, plus weekend, holiday, and night shift bonuses if applicable.
Schedule: rotating morning / afternoon shift: 6:00 to 14:00 and 14:00 to 22:00 h (availability for both shifts is essential)
- Full-time position.
Availability to work weekends and holidays when required.
