Plastic Injection Operator

Senior Profile:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in plastic injection processes.

- Experience in assembly or manufacturing plants will be especially valued.

- Ability to perform technical adjustments on machinery.

- Experience in resolving incidents and machine startup/shutdown.

- Desirable Intermediate or Higher Vocational Training, preferably in Mechanics or similar.

- Intermediate level office automation skills.

- Proactive person, with problem-solving capacity and skills for teamwork and orientation towards achieving objectives.

- Commitment to safety and compliance with procedures.

Junior Profile:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in plastic injection processes.

- Experience in assembly or manufacturing plants will be valued.

- Intermediate or Higher Vocational Training (CFGM or CFGS), preferably in Mechanics or similar.

- Intermediate level office automation skills.

- Interest in developing professionally in the field of plastic injection.

- Proactive attitude and learning capacity with the ability to work in a team.

- Commitment to safety and compliance with procedures.

- Senior Profile: €15.02 gross/hour (Group 4) + night shift premium.

- Junior Profile: €13.51 gross/hour (Group 3) + night shift premium.

- On-site work in Les Franqueses del Vallès.

- Rotating shifts of morning, afternoon, and night, including weekends, with breaks established by law.

From the IMAN Temporing Mataró delegation, we are selecting a Plastic Injection Operator to join the production team. Based and located in Les Franqueses del Vallès, Barcelona.

We are looking for both Senior profiles, with consolidated experience in injection processes, and Junior profiles, with at least 1 year of experience and motivation to continue developing professionally in the industrial sector.

- Operate and supervise plastic injection machines, ensuring product quality and guaranteeing daily objectives

- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks, as well as detecting, identifying, and resolving technical incidents during the injection process; managing the machine from its startup to its shutdown.

- Control the correct functioning of the machines and production parameters and perform technical adjustments on the machinery to optimize production processes.

* Profiles with greater experience may assume supervision and personnel management functions.
