From our temporary work agency IMAN TEMPORING BILBAO we are selecting a Purchasing Technician to join the purchasing department of an important industrial company specializing in the design, manufacturing, and marketing of hydraulic components and solutions for various industrial applications. Location: MUNGIA.

This is a consolidated company with a presence in national and international markets and focused on providing high-value technical solutions to its clients.

The position will be in the Purchasing Department, within a dynamic industrial environment where the agile management of suppliers, orders, and components is key to ensuring the proper functioning of the activity.

The selected person will join to cover a long-term leave, with the possibility of extending the contract for several months.

What you'll do

  • Management of spare parts and component purchases, ensuring speed and accuracy in the process.
  • Requesting and analyzing supplier quotes.
  • Placing, managing, and tracking orders until receipt in the warehouse.
  • Requesting quotes based on lots, needs, and material rotation.
  • Creating and maintaining price histories to facilitate order generation.
  • Managing budget requests from the commercial department.
  • Purchasing management via ERP, using the specific purchasing module.

  • Managing rejections, incidents, and claims with suppliers.
  • Communication and coordination with suppliers and other internal departments.
