Maintenance Technician

• A dynamic, resourceful, and responsible person, with initiative and the ability to work in a team, who enjoys an industrial environment and has the desire to continue growing.
• Minimum training of a Vocational Training Certificate (Grado Medio) in Electromechanics, Mechatronics, or similar.
• Knowledge of electricity, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
• At least 2 years of experience in similar industrial maintenance positions.
• Previous experience in companies within the same sector will be especially valued.
• Own vehicle to get to the workplace.

At IMAN Selección, we are looking to hire a MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN for an industrial sector company in Logroño.

Reporting to the Workshop and Production Manager, you will assume a

key role in the maintenance and improvement of our equipment:

• You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery and auxiliary equipment.
• You will detect, diagnose, and solve mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic faults.
• You will participate in the installation, adjustment, and commissioning of new equipment and in the improvement of existing ones.
• You will work to guarantee the correct functioning of the production lines, minimizing downtime.
• You will record the interventions carried out and communicate detected incidents to the area manager.
• You will contribute your knowledge and ideas by proposing technical improvements that increase the efficiency, reliability, and safety of the equipment.
• You will comply with and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental protocols.
• You will collaborate closely with the production team to resolve any technical incidents that may arise.
