The role

At IMAN Global Consulting, our specialized recruitment division, we are looking for a Maintenance Technician in Málaga.

What you'll do

Your duties will be the following:

• Perform minor repairs in the areas of plumbing, electricity, HVAC, carpentry, locksmithing, and light masonry.

• Carry out preventive tasks: cleaning HVAC equipment filters, checking lighting fixtures, inspecting electrical panels, and visual inspection of installations.

• Replace basic electrical components, such as circuit breakers, fuses, lighting fixtures, or sockets.

• Execute small plumbing repairs, leaks, cisterns, taps, or drains.

• Support HVAC maintenance tasks, such as cleaning coils or inspecting indoor and outdoor units.

• Coordinate and supervise the actions of subcontracted companies for major repairs or legal inspections.

• Perform periodic maintenance rounds at the assigned bingo halls, reporting incidents and actions through the CMMS system or the established internal channel.

• Ensure order, cleanliness, and safety in the technical facilities
