Requirements:

Previous experience in machining, especially in turning.

Ability to detect and solve incidents during the manufacturing process.

Knowledge of blueprint reading and use of measuring tools.

Autonomous, responsible person with the ability to work independently.

Availability to work two shifts from Monday to Friday.

Nice to have

Experience working with robotized cells is valued.

Experience in positions where it was necessary to perform adjustments, parameter changes, or control of the production process will be positively valued.

The role

From the Iman Temporing Donostia office, we are looking to hire a lathe operator with machining experience and familiarity with robotized cells for an important industrial company located in the Orio area.

We are looking for a person with experience in the machining sector, especially in turning, who also has knowledge or experience working with robotized cells, being the person responsible for supervising and controlling their correct operation during the production process.

What you'll do

Functions:

Handling and control of machining machines, especially lathes.

Supervision of the operation of robotized cells.

Control of the production process and monitoring of production.

Startup, adjustment, and control of machines.

Supervision of robots and detection of possible incidents during the process.

Quality control of machined parts using the corresponding measuring tools and equipment.

Performing necessary adjustments to guarantee correct production.

Resolution of small incidents related to the production process.

Feeding of machines and supervision of the process, avoiding being limited to simple button-pusher functions.

Compliance with established quality, production, and safety standards.
