Home Insurance Claims Handler

- We will value at least 6 months of experience in an Insurance Company, Brokerage, Assistance Company, or Loss Adjusting Firm working in the processing of Home and Business claims, and specifically in the management of loss adjusters and the review of loss adjustment reports and repair/assistance quotes.

- Tools: proficiency in the Microsoft Office environment.

- Key competencies: dynamic, proactive person with high problem-solving capacity, who enjoys teamwork and providing customer service.

- University degree or Vocational Training (FP) is highly valued.

- Other types of training and experience in the insurance market are also valued.

- Joining a solid company in an expansion phase.

- Contract through a temporary employment agency (ETT) for 3-4 months with incorporation to the permanent staff.

- Salary €18,000 gross/year

- Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:30 to 18:00 with one hour for lunch from Monday to Thursday. Friday from 9:00 to 15:00 (there will be some Fridays where an on-call shift from 11:30 to 18:00 is required).

Are you interested in working within the insurance sector? We are looking for a profile to supervise the activity of the loss adjusters to whom we entrust the review of the circumstances and assessment of the damages suffered by the insured. They will be responsible for ensuring that the adjusters carry out the procedures they must perform, from the assignment to the completion of the assessment, in compliance with the service levels set by the insurance companies.

Likewise, they will supervise the technical quality of the assessments and the correct application of policy coverages in each report.

- Integral file management: control of response times and administrative/accounting closure on the platforms and websites of the various insurance companies.

- Operational coordination: Fluid and constant communication between all parties involved (insured, loss adjuster, assistance company, and insurance company).

- Technical support and review: Exhaustive review of loss adjustment reports and assistance quotes. Analysis of coverages in technical support to the Loss Adjusting Network.

- Incident management: Resolution and follow-up of incidents occurring after the file closure.

- Quality assurance: Ensuring compliance with the quality standards and times required by clients (different Insurance Companies).
