Requirements

What we're looking for

Vocational Training (CFGM/CFGS) in Administration and Finance, Administrative Management, or a related field.

1-2 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in purchasing, logistics, or supply chain.

Advanced use of Excel.

Experience with ERP systems.

Organized, proactive, results-oriented, and detail-focused individual.

Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.

Nice to have

Experience in the industrial sector and knowledge of aluminum carpentry materials and processes will be valued.

The role

We are looking to hire a Purchasing Administrative Assistant for an important industrial company, located in Parets del Vallès.

What you'll do

- Receiving, reviewing, and logging delivery notes.

- Managing and organizing purchasing documentation.

- Preparing and following up on purchase orders to suppliers.

- Handling incidents related to deliveries and supplies.

- Processing and following up on claims to suppliers.

- Verifying and approving purchase invoices.

- Coordinating with suppliers and various internal departments.

- Updating data in the ERP system.
