Requirements

What we're looking for

- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Facilities Engineer and in a technical office

- Drafting of mechanical and electrical systems projects

- Site visits, coordinating and supervising

- Teamwork with the Technical Management of the project

- Proficiency in AutoCAD/CYPE

Nice to have

Knowledge of BIM methodology

The role

What you'll do

To complete our team, we are looking for a Facilities Engineer - Technical Office with the following responsibilities:

- Collaborating on the drafting of mechanical systems projects

(HVAC, plumbing, drainage, fire protection, etc.)

- Collaborating on the drafting of electrical systems projects

(electrical, telecommunications, lighting, etc.)

- Technical review of modifications to facilities projects

- Interacting with the technical team of the involved disciplines (depending on the

size and complexity of the project): drafters, support technicians,

subcontractors, structural engineers, etc.
