• Initial Contact (5-10 min) 📞: If you receive a call from an unknown number, it's our team! It will be a quick conversation to get to know you and answer any questions.
• HR Interview: where you will learn about career paths, training, and social benefits.
• Technical Interview 🤝: You will meet the team, who will explain the project and daily tasks. We will also explore your technical knowledge. Additionally, we will conduct brief psychological and English competency assessments (if necessary).
• Offer and Welcome 🎉: If everything goes well, you'll join our team and we'll start this new stage together!
