What will you do?
✅ Design and integrate multiband radio communications systems (HF, VHF, UHF) in tactical and strategic military environments.
✅ Integrate radios with SIP voice communication systems and data systems (modem, datalink, command and control applications).
✅ Carry out line-of-sight studies using tools such as Radio Mobile or others.
✅ Apply and ensure compliance with STANAG and MIL-STD military standards in communications.
✅ Configure and optimize basic networking for radio integration with IP systems.
✅ Collaborate on modernization projects for the Semiautomatic Anti-Aircraft Artillery Operations Center (COAAAS).
✅ Maintain and administer Linux operating systems (RedHat, CentOS) for radio integration.
✅ Participate in functional testing and technical validation in real environments.
What are we looking for in you?

📌 Experience: Over 10 years in multiband radio communications.
🎓 Education: Degree in Telecommunications Engineering (if experience <15 years) or vocational training (if experience >15 years).
🌐 Languages: English level B2 (technical documentation).
✈️ Travel: Yes, 2-3 per year (domestic or international, depending on the project).
📌 Technical skills:
•    Multiband radio communications (HF, VHF, UHF).
•    Networking, satellite links, microwaves, recording systems, radios.
•    Integration of radios with SIP and datalink systems.
•    STANAG and MIL-STD military standards.
•    Basic knowledge of networking for IP integration.
•    Basic knowledge of Linux (RedHat, CentOS).
✨ The following experience will be valued:
•    Satcom and integration with external encryptors.
•    5G communications.
•    Programming and scripting.

¿Qué harás?
✅ Diseñar e integrar sistemas de comunicaciones radio multibanda (HF, VHF, UHF) en entornos militares tácticos y estratégicos.
✅ Integrar radios con sistemas de comunicación de voz SIP y de datos (modem, datalink, aplicaciones de mando y control).
✅ Realizar estudios de línea de vista con herramientas como Radio Mobile u otras.
✅ Aplicar y garantizar el cumplimiento de estándares militares STANAG y MIL-STD en comunicaciones.
✅ Configurar y optimizar networking básico para integración radio con sistemas IP.
✅ Colaborar en proyectos de modernización del Centro de Operaciones de Artillería Antiaérea Semiautomático (COAAAS).
✅ Mantener y administrar sistemas operativos Linux (RedHat, CentOS) para integración de radios.
✅ Participar en pruebas funcionales y validación técnica en entornos reales.

✨ Se valorará experiencia en:
•    Satcom e integración con cifradores externos.
