What are we looking for in you?

• At least 3 years of experience in UX, graphic design, and digital content creation.
• Experience in interface design, user experience, and design systems with a consultative approach.
• Knowledge of the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
• Ability to understand complex requirements in cybersecurity, defense, or advanced technology environments.
• Experience in digital identity, communication strategies, and management of web channels, blogs, and social networks.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Penpot, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and content creation skills.

You will be part of high-complexity software development projects, managing and ensuring the correct organization, maintenance, and traceability of the documentation associated with the project lifecycle.

💡What will you do?

• Design intuitive, accessible, and user-centered digital experiences for cyber defense simulation and training platforms.
• Research user needs and translate them into flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Collaborate with business, product, and development teams to define high-impact digital solutions.
• Validate proposals through usability testing and continuous experience improvement.
