• Training in Electronics, Telecommunications, or IT or similar fields (FPI/FPII).
• At least 2 years of experience in radio frequency testing and adjustment of electronic equipment.
• Some professional experience required in electronic instrumentation: network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, and/or field strength meters.
• Availability to work rotating shifts of morning, afternoon, and night.

What is our selection process like?

- Profile Review: We evaluate your experience and skills to determine if you fit what we're looking for.
- Initial Contact (5-10 min): If you receive a call from an unknown number, it's our team! It will be a quick conversation to get to know you and address any questions.
- Technical Interview: You will meet with the team, who will explain the project and daily tasks. We will also explore your technical knowledge. Additionally, we will conduct brief tests on psychological competencies and English (if necessary).
- Interview with the Talent Attraction Team: We want you to get to know us better as a company: values, career model, skills.... so that both you and the team can analyze if there's a match.
- Offer and Welcome: If everything goes well, you'll join our team and we'll start this new stage together!
