What you'll do
- Ensure Product and Quality Assurance (PA/QA) activities for complex HW/SW systems.
- Manage quality assurance processes covering both product and process compliance.
- Coordinate and oversee suppliers and subcontractors from a quality perspective.
- Handle Non-Conformities and Problem Management for Hardware and Software.
- Review and supervise technical and quality documentation.
- Conduct product and process audits.
- Monitor and supervise tests and validation campaigns.
- Support product qualification activities and ensure compliance with standards.
- Ensure quality management during industrialization and manufacturing phases.
- Track compliance with applicable quality standards and regulations.

What we're looking for
β Minimum 5 years of experience in Product and Quality Assurance in complex systems.
β Strong experience in Hardware and Software Quality Assurance (product and process).
β Experience managing suppliers and subcontractors.
β Proven experience in problem resolution and Non-Conformity management (HW/SW).
β Solid knowledge of ECSS standards (especially ECSS-Q family).
β Knowledge of ISO 9001, PECAL 2110/2210, and EN 9100 standards.
β Experience in audits, documentation review, and testing/validation follow-up.
β Experience in product qualification and manufacturing quality processes.
β Availability to work in a hybrid model in Madrid.
