• Ensure Product and Quality Assurance (PA/QA) activities for complex HW/SW systems.
• Manage quality assurance processes covering both product and process compliance.
• Coordinate and oversee suppliers and subcontractors from a quality perspective.
• Handle Non-Conformities and Problem Management for Hardware and Software.
• Review and supervise technical and quality documentation.
• Conduct product and process audits.
• Monitor and supervise tests and validation campaigns.
• Support product qualification activities and ensure compliance with standards.
• Ensure quality management during industrialization and manufacturing phases.
• Track compliance with applicable quality standards and regulations.

🎯

✅ Minimum 5 years of experience in Product and Quality Assurance in complex systems.

✅ Strong experience in Hardware and Software Quality Assurance (product and process).

✅ Experience managing suppliers and subcontractors.

✅ Proven experience in problem resolution and Non-Conformity management (HW/SW).

✅ Solid knowledge of ECSS standards (especially ECSS-Q family).

✅ Knowledge of ISO 9001, PECAL 2110/2210, and EN 9100 standards.

✅ Experience in audits, documentation review, and testing/validation follow-up.

✅ Experience in product qualification and manufacturing quality processes.

✅ Availability to work in a hybrid model in Madrid.
