Degree in Industrial Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering or similar.
Experience in validation and verification of complex systems.
Experience in preparing test procedures and plans.
Knowledge of requirements validation and verification.
Hardware and software knowledge.
Ability to coordinate technical teams and V&V activities.
English level B2.
Availability to work under a hybrid model in San Fernando de Henares.
Availability to travel occasionally depending on the project phase.

The role

In our position as a leading company in the Defence sector, we want to bring on board a Verification & Validation Engineering Manager to lead the validation and verification group for C-UAS (Counter Unmanned Aircraft Systems), taking part in strategic projects with a high technological component and national and international impact.

What you'll do

Lead and coordinate the Validation and Verification (V&V) team for C-UAS and DP systems.
Define, plan and oversee test procedures, strategies and plans.
Manage system validation and verification activities, ensuring compliance with established requirements.
Coordinate the execution of test campaigns in the laboratory, integration and operational environment.
Carry out the characterisation and evaluation of products and systems.
Oversee the preparation and maintenance of technical documentation associated with tests and validations.
Ensure traceability between requirements, tests and results.
Coordinate interaction with multidisciplinary hardware, software, systems and integration teams.
Identify technical risks, propose corrective actions and monitor incidents.
Take part in the continuous improvement of V&V processes, methodologies and tools.
