• Industrial, mechanical, or similar engineer
• Languages: English (ability to hold telephone conversations) and French (desirable)
• Knowledge in the automotive domain and particularly in the design, manufacturing, and validation of automotive components, product/process
• Knowledge of manufacturing, design, and validation of automotive components
• Knowledge of Quality tools (audits, analysis, non-conformity handling...).
• Proficiency in office automation at a user level (Office)
• Knowledge of the application of safety characteristics and regulations
• Ability to evaluate the construction and content of a surveillance plan
• Problem-solving skills.

We are looking for Process Engineers to join industrialization projects and the series production launch of new vehicles.

• Lead the Industrial Function Group (GFI) to achieve the performance of the industrial system(s) established within the project framework:
  • Direct GFI activities (meeting schedule, GFI deliverables, delegations, project risk management, problem-solving...), and represent the GFI before other project stakeholders.
  • Direct the achievement of results at milestones: attainment of performance levels and the making available of expected results.
• Piloting the study, the implementation, and the start of the process based on the Process development UET:
  • Control the selection of geometric references and Product/Process interfaces.
  • Drafting the specifications for the equipment/means.
  • Pilot the study and implementation of the equipment/means by suppliers through the Industrial Equipment Managers (CAMI).
  • Responsible for defining manufacturing processes, their cuts, and their sequences (assembly/joining order) to maximize operational performance, while respecting labor regulations.
  • Organize the reception of equipment at the supplier and authorize the delivery of equipment to the factory. Coordinate the installation works of the equipment while respecting Safety and Working Conditions standards.
  • Organize the setup and the Production Start-up Tests with the Industrial Equipment Managers.
  • Build problem-solving plans and ensure the collection of reservations and blocking points.
  • Responsible for demonstrating the suitability for the conformity of their process.
  • Guarantee the supply of all technical documentation relating to their Process, in particular the Operating and Exploitation Modes, drafted by the GFI industrial system designer.
• Management of investments, costs, and planning:
  • Build the Commercial Contract and the start-up Protocols corresponding to their scope.
  • Ensure the consistency of the planning for their Industrial system and supplier schedules with respect to the project master planning.
  • Manage the investments within their scope and participate in the selection of suppliers in relation to their Purchasing Manager counterparts.
