Technical Writer

· Between 2 and 4 years of experience in preparing technical documentation for complex software projects.

· Experience in logical and physical architecture, deployment, integration, and operation documentation.

· Ability to structure technical information aligned with contractual deliverables and project standards.

· Experience working with architecture, development, integration, and QA teams for content collection and validation.

· Proficiency in documentation tools and document repositories such as SharePoint, Confluence, or Markdown.

· Experience in documentation version control.

· Excellent written communication skills.

· High level of English with a demonstrated ability to draft technical documentation.

· Knowledge of systems engineering, software architecture, and requirements traceability.

· Experience in generating training materials for users and operators.

· Basic knowledge of APIs and IT infrastructure.

· Experience in document management within regulated defense or cybersecurity environments.

· Experience in translating or generating technical documentation in English for clients.

· Training in Technical Writing or technical communication.

· Certifications in software engineering, ITIL, ENS, or CCN.

· Training in documentation tools or document management.

· Draft logical and physical architecture, deployment, integration, and operation documentation for complex software solutions.

· Prepare user manuals, operating guides, and technical procedures.

· Generate training materials aimed at end users and operations teams.

· Collaborate with architecture, development, integration, and QA teams to collect, structure, and validate technical information.

· Guarantee the quality, consistency, and traceability of the generated documentation.

· Manage document repositories and maintain version control of the documentation.

· Participate in the continuous review and update of documentation throughout the entire project lifecycle.

· Adapt and draft technical documentation in English for national and international clients.

· Ensure compliance with documentation requirements in regulated environments and high-demand projects.
