What we're looking for

Experience:

More than 7 years of experience in project management (PMP or Prince2 certification will be valued)
Experience in IT and cybersecurity
Experience in XDR platforms (e.g., CrowdStrike, Microsoft Sentinel, Palo Alto)
Experience in SOC operations, SIEM, and incident response processes
Experience in large-scale technological migrations and multi-entity environments
Experience in stakeholder management up to executive level (C-level)
Experience in agile and hybrid delivery methodologies
Experience in risk management and mitigation planning
Experience in vendor and third-party coordination
Experience in compliance with security standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

Service context:

Lead the client's migration to a new XDR (Extended Detection and Response) solution, guaranteeing a smooth transition, stakeholder alignment, and delivery within the established scope, deadlines, and budget.

Scope of services (among others):

Manage the comprehensive execution of the XDR migration project across the client entities included in the assigned scope.
Define and manage project plans, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (IT, Security, SOC analysts, vendors, business stakeholders).
Oversee the integration of the SOC with the new XDR platform, guaranteeing the continuity of detection and response capabilities.
Manage communication with stakeholders at all levels (from technical teams to senior management).
Track KPIs and report on project progress, risks, and incidents.
Guarantee compliance with security standards and regulatory requirements.
