The role

We are looking for a Project Manager for our Flexible Power Generation business, where the main mission of the position will be:

What you'll do

- Supervising the execution of projects, representing the client's interests, from order entry to delivery, ensuring that client requirements are met (technical specification, delivery dates for documentation and machinery) and internal requirements (compliance with design planning, procurement, manufacturing, budget, etc.).

- Providing technical support to the client and managing order modifications. Leading solutions, when applicable, by involving the necessary departments (manufacturing, design, quality, after-sales service, etc.). Also, getting involved in warranty period claims to improve client satisfaction.

Main duties of the position:

- Communicating with the client, being the main point of contact during the project execution phase and the liaison within the company.

- Monitoring the design, procurement, and manufacturing schedule, PPI, etc.

- Accompanying the client during their visits for meetings, inspections, acceptance tests (FAT), etc.

- Monitoring the cost sheet and ensuring that the budget is not exceeded.

- Managing order modifications requested by the client, requiring revisions to the technical specification when applicable, and to the contract if it involves delays in delivery dates and cost overruns.

- Monitoring proper product shipment, which involves liaising with the logistics department.

- Monitoring and reviewing order documentation (technical and quality dossier) delivered to the client.

- Getting involved in client claims during the warranty period.
