Sr. Recruiter | INHAUS Spain

What will you be doing?

You'll join our Madrid team to lead end-to-end recruitment processes, working closely with our clients and regional teams.
The role involves managing multiple searches simultaneously - from intake to candidate presentation - across a range of industries and cultures.

We'd love to meet you if you have:

• Previous experience managing full-cycle recruitment, ideally in consulting or fast-paced environments.
• Solid knowledge of recruitment tools such as ATS platforms, job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.
• Strong business understanding and the ability to advise hiring managers on profiles, timelines, and market trends.
• Experience hiring professionals in fields like tech, product, marketing, and/or sales.
• Great organizational skills, with the ability to manage several searches at once and meet recruitment KPIs.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, people-first attitude.
• Intermediate to advanced English level.

📍 Location: Madrid. Contract type: Six-month direct employment contract. Work model: Hybrid (on-site + remote)
