From its plant in Rubí (Barcelona), Miga Foods supports the brand's growth by ensuring efficient production processes that are consistent with the standards that define it.

We are currently looking to hire a Production and Maintenance Manager, a strategic position with direct impact on industrial operations and their evolution.

Lead plant operations comprehensively, ensuring the production plan is met and operational continuity is maintained, under quality and food safety standards, with a focus on efficiency, order, and execution.

What you'll do

Execute the production schedule in coordination with Quality
Ensure compliance with SGSA standards
Plan and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance
Manage spare parts and technical supplies
Supervise shifts, attendance, and compliance with regulations
Train staff in processes and best practices
Record KPIs, consumption, and updates in the ERP
Ensure traceability and operational order
