Requirements
What we're looking for
We would love for you to have:
- Experience in end-to-end recruitment processes, ideally in consulting environments or fast-paced companies.
- Knowledge and management of recruitment tools such as ATS, job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.
- Ability to understand the business and advise hiring managers on profiles, market, and estimated timelines.
- Experience in recruiting professional profiles in areas such as technology, product, marketing, and/or sales.
- Skill in prioritizing tasks, managing multiple processes simultaneously, and meeting recruitment KPIs.
- Excellent interpersonal communication, both with clients and candidates, and a collaborative attitude.
Languages
- Intermediate or advanced English level.
The role
What will you do in this position? You will join the Madrid team to lead end-to-end recruitment processes, coordinating with our clients and regional teams.
The role involves managing multiple searches simultaneously, from taking the requirement to the final presentation of candidates, across diverse industries and cultures.
How you'll work
📍 Location: Madrid. Contract type: Direct employment contract for six (6) months. Work arrangement: Hybrid (on-site and remote).
