The role
King College Soto de Viñuelas is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic lifeguard/swimming teacher to carry out this role immediately until October 28th.
What you'll do
- The main responsibility of the lifeguard/swimming teacher is to ensure the safety, well-being, and fun of all students both in and out of the pool. As a certified lifeguard, you will supervise students during pool time (usually three or four times a week), ensuring a safe and fun experience at all times. Likewise, you will be responsible for monitoring compliance with water safety rules, preventing risks, acting quickly in case of emergency, and applying first aid if necessary.
- In addition to your lifeguard duties, the lifeguard/swimming teacher will teach classes adapted to different levels, plan learning sessions, evaluate student progress, and encourage the improvement of their aquatic skills. You will also establish strong and supportive relationships with students, helping them to feel comfortable, safe, and motivated throughout their stay, promoting healthy habits and teamwork.
