What we're looking for

Previous experience working with young children (nursery or early years setting preferred)
A caring, patient, and proactive approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills

Nice to have

Relevant childcare or education qualifications are desirable

The role

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and caring Teaching Assistants to join our Early Years team at King's College La Moraleja for an immediate start. These are temporary positions supporting our Pre-Nursery and Pre-Pre-Nursery classes.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a well-established British international school, supporting very young learners in a nurturing and stimulating environment.

What you'll do

Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and age-appropriate activities
Assist with the care and supervision of children aged 1-3 years
Help create a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment
Contribute to children's social, emotional, and early developmental needs
Assist with daily routines, including mealtimes and transitions
