• Degree in Business Administration and Management, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or similar.
• Between 1 and 3 years of experience in finance or treasury departments.
• Proficiency in Office suite (intermediate-advanced Excel level)
• Knowledge of payment, collection, reconciliation, and financial incident management processes.

• Experience in companies with multiple entities or international environments is valued.
• Experience with ERPs (SAP) is valued.
• B2 level in English and Portuguese is valued.

Currently, we are looking for a person for the position of Treasury Technician in the Finance department, for the Treasury area, in our Málaga offices.

The person will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of the area, collaborating in the financial management of new establishment openings and ensuring the correct functioning of collection, payment, and banking management processes.

The person will work transversally with the Finance, Accounting, Operations, and Expansion teams, contributing to the efficiency of financial processes and continuous improvement.

• Management, control, and monitoring of payment requests.
• Preparation and execution of national and international payments.
• Management of the Treasury mailbox and resolution of internal inquiries.
• Support in bank reconciliations.
• Operational relationship with financial entities.
• Sending and monitoring of information related to accounts receivable.
• Support in the review and control of collections.
• Collaboration with the Accounting area for balance reconciliation.
• Review of payment requests.
• Tracking of the invoice approval circuit.
• Coordination with suppliers and internal departments.
• Control of due dates and support in payment planning.
• Participation in the opening of new stores through the coordination of:
• Opening of bank accounts.
• Configuration of Cash Management services.
• Registration and configuration of POS terminals.
• Coordination with cash-in-transit providers.
• Implementation of collection methods.
• Coordination with banking entities and external providers until the establishment is operational.
• Monitoring of incidents with payment terminals.
• Registration, modification, and cancellation of corporate credit cards.
• Control of limits and authorizations.
• Support to internal users in the use of cards.
• Administrative management of bank guarantees and sureties.
• Request, renewal, and cancellation of guarantees.
• Coordination with banks and internal departments.
• Filing and document control.
• Participation in automation and continuous improvement projects.
• Preparation and updating of internal procedures.
• Proposal of improvements in financial and operational processes.
