The selected candidate will provide support to the Treasury Manager in the day-to-day management of the group's banking operations, also participating in the financial integration of new companies joining
Daily monitoring of bank balances and transactions of the various companies in the group.
Review of payments, transfers, and direct debits, managing their submission for approval.
Management of banking documentation: opening and closing accounts, updating authorized signatories, notarized certifications, and online access.
Monitoring of fees and expenses, identifying potential issues or improvements.
Maintenance of bank connections and users in Embat.
Support in the integration between Embat and Business Central and in the categorization of bank transactions.
Incorporation of bank accounts of new companies and collection of the necessary information for their integration.
Support in audits, annual accounts, and other tasks of the Financial Department.

University education in Business Administration and Management, Finance, Economics, or similar.
Minimum 2 years of experience in treasury positions or similar functions.
Advanced Excel level.
Experience in banking operations and management.

Proactivity, autonomy, and ability to work collaboratively.

Experience with Embat and Business Central or other financial ERPs.
