Treasury Technician

You will play a key role leading the accounting management of various European companies and participating in strategic projects in the financial area.

In order to strengthen the Treasury department, we are looking for a Treasury Technician to join our corporate headquarters located in Palma de Mallorca, whose mission will be to record and control bank movements for national and international mobility services.

💼 What will you do on a day-to-day basis?

• Accounting for international banks.

• Bank reconciliation. Balancing and reviewing the monthly closing for international companies.

• Providing information and statements to international advisors.

• Preparing the payment proposal file for international companies biweekly, and subsequently preparing the files to be processed at the bank.

• Preparing payments for international companies using files.

• Handling and reviewing requests for invoices/quotes for international payments.

• Accounting for financial debt (Loans, foreign trade, bullet...).

✅ What do you need to join the team?

• Higher degree in Administration and Accounting.

• Previous experience in accounting positions.

• Advanced Office skills.

• Fluent English level.

• Ability to work with multiple groups and organizational levels.

• Knowledge of SAP and NAV/Microsoft Dynamics.

Con la finalidad de reforzar el área de Tesorería, estamos buscando que se incorpore en nuestra sede corporativa ubicada en Palma de Mallorca un/a Técnico/a de Tesorería, cuya misión será realizar el registro y control de los movimientos bancarios de los servicios de movilidad nacional e internacional.

💼 ¿Qué harás en tu día a día?

• Contabilización de bancos Internacionales.

• Conciliación bancos. Cuadre y revisión de cierre mensual empresas internacionales.

• Facilitar información y extractos fin de mes asesores internacionales.

• Preparación del fichero de propuesta de pagos empresas internacionales agrupados quincenal y posteriormente los ficheros para procesar en el banco.

• Preparación de pagos de empresas internacionales mediante ficheros.

• Atender y revisar solicitudes de facturas/presupuestos para pago internacionales.

• Contabilizar la deuda financiera (Préstamos, comex, bullet...).
