Tourist Photographer – Customer Service & Sales

Previous experience in customer service, sales or photography is an advantage but is not required.

Basic knowledge of Adobe Lightroom and photography is valued.

ISO CERO PHOTOGRAPHY SL is a tourist photography company operating mainly during the high season in hotels and camping facilities in Spain.

We are looking for a Tourist Photographer to work in Torremolinos and Benalmádena, Málaga.

The main responsibility is to proactively approach hotel guests and offer professional photo sessions. Photographers take approximately 50–60 photographs per family in different areas of the hotel, such as swimming pools, gardens and common areas.

Other responsibilities include customer service, informing customers about when and where they can view their photographs, basic photo editing using Adobe Lightroom, and presenting and selling photographs at the hotel photography stand.

No previous experience is required. Paid initial training is provided in customer acquisition, photography sessions, basic Adobe Lightroom editing and sales techniques.

The position is seasonal, from approximately March to November, with an initial training period of 15 hours per week during the first two weeks. After training, working hours may increase according to the applicable conditions.
