Customer Quality Engineer

• Analyze the quality, regulatory, and normative requirements applicable to Defense programs, ensuring their proper deployment within the organization and the supply chain.

• Manage non-conformities, customer complaints, and corrective actions.

• Provide support to the management of the Quality System of the consortia in which ITP participates in Defense, assisting in the editing or updating of the consortia's Quality procedures.

• Participate in internal, customer, and certification audits.

• Analyze quality indicators and drive improvement plans with the Operational Units, periodically monitoring their progress.

• Collaborate with engineering and production to ensure the quality of delivered products and provide support for those in service.

• Carry out product certification activities for ITP Aero products.

At ITPAero we are looking for a Quality Engineer to join the Customer Support Quality team The selected person will play a key role in ensuring compliance with the quality requirements of our customers and strategic partners, guaranteeing alignment with applicable standards and regulations in a highly demanding and technological environment.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to actively participate in initiatives of great relevance to the business, representing ITP Aero in the various working groups and international consortia in which we collaborate. You will work transversally with different areas of the organization and with external partners, contributing to operational excellence, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction

• Education: Degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent technical education.

• Experience: 1-2 years in quality management in industrial environments (preferably in the aeronautical sector and defense programs)

• Technical knowledge will be valued;

  • Proficiency in quality and continuous improvement tools (8D, SCRA...), data analysis, and EDR (SAP)
  • Knowledge of AS9100, EN9100, PERAM, PECAL.
