Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electronic, or similar).
More than 3 years of experience in quality and supplier development in industrial sectors: Defense, Aerospace, Automotive.
Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, 8D, AMFE, PPAP.
Advanced technical English.
Skills: leadership, influence, data analysis, effective communication.

The role

💻 Join our supplier development team! We are looking for a Supplier Quality Development (SQD) engineer to drive excellence in our supply chain. You will be key to the procurement strategy, ensuring our suppliers meet the highest standards of quality, cost, and delivery.

What you'll do

Participate in Category Teams, providing insights on quality and risks.
Manage and report KPIs (PPM, claims, audits, 8D).
Lead SQIP programs with suppliers.
Conduct and follow up on audits.
Support the onboarding of new suppliers.
