What we're looking for

Degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Organization, Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry, or similar fields.
Previous experience in industrial, production, or logistics environments (junior profiles will also be considered).
Knowledge of quality management systems and related tools (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, FMEA, 8D, etc.).
Analytical, proactive, and results-oriented profile.
Ability to work in a team and adapt to dynamic environments.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or data analysis tools.
Experience with ERP, MES, WMS, or digitalization tools is a plus.

The role

Do you have experience as a Quality Engineer and would you like to advance your career in industrial, production, or logistics environments?

We are currently looking to hire Quality Engineers to collaborate with various industrial companies located in Valencia and the surrounding area.

What you'll do

Define, implement, and oversee the quality management system in accordance with applicable regulations (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, etc.).
Perform quality control and assurance for both processes and products, covering incoming inspection, manufacturing, and final product.
Manage non-conformities, root cause analysis, and corrective and preventive action plans (8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa).
Participate in continuous improvement projects focused on reducing defects and customer complaints.
Collaborate on the industrialization of new products or processes from a quality perspective (APQP, PPAP).
Analyze quality KPIs and prepare follow-up reports.
Coordinate with production, process, maintenance, and logistics departments.
Define and update quality documentation (FMEA, control plans, inspection instructions, etc.).
Manage internal and external audits, as well as relationships with customers and suppliers regarding quality matters.
