Requirements

What we're looking for

We are looking for profiles with a solid technical background and the ability to move between different architectures:

Demonstrable experience of at least 5 years in QA.
Experience documenting tests with Xray.
Handling of queries on Postgres DB.
Demonstrable experience of at least 3 years in testing Rest API services with Swagger contracts, using Postman or a similar tool.
Demonstrable experience of at least 2 years in integration testing with Apache Kafka.
Demonstrable experience in Chrome and Safari browser inspectors.
Demonstrable experience of at least 3 years in E2E test automation with Playwright or another Selenium-based FWK.

Nice to have

ISTQB or similar certification.
Handling of queries on Oracle DB.
Handling of queries on Montgo DB.
Experience in mobile app test automation with Maestro.
Execution of load/stress tests with K6.
Knowledge of local environment configuration for testing SpringBoot microservices and their dependencies.
Management of Docker containers with “ephemeral dependencies” using tools such as Okteto or TestContainer.

The role

At Izertis, we are looking for a versatile and excellence-oriented QA Senior Engineer to join our agile development teams. Your mission will be to lead the quality strategy in multi-platform environments, balancing manual validation of new functionalities with the creation of robust automation frameworks for Web, Mobile, and API.

Methodologies and deployments

Knowledge of Git
Knowledge of "GitHub Flow"
Agile methodology (Scrum) and JIRA
Continuous delivery of functionalities: use of Merge Requests with code review and approvals.
Continuous deployment.
