As Deputy Store Manager, you will be the main support for the Store Manager, but, above all: you will drive results by guiding the team toward success and excellence, ensuring that both customers and colleagues have an incredible experience.

What you'll do
👥 Lead, motivate, and develop your team
😊 Ensure an excellent customer experience from start to finish
📊 Analyze results (sales, conversion…) and turn them into action
🛍️ Drive the commercial strategy
⚙️ Ensure everything runs like clockwork (operations, processes, customer service…)
💡 Spot opportunities for improvement and implement solutions

Hiring process
- We process applications on a rolling basis and complete the hiring process when we find the right candidate.

- Next, we will conduct a brief telephone interview with you
